Also, the baby that we´ve been helping has improved. Yesterday they told us he had eaten a half a hard boiled egg the night before and asked for more. One of the men living in the house walked up to me with the baby and said simply, ¨He´s not going to die.¨. He was as serious as could be. This is the baby we have been shoveling milk and PediaSure into little by little since we got here. That is the first solid thing we know of that he has eaten. They say he has been ¨sick¨ for so long, most of them say he was born sick. Compare this to the picture of him just last week in the previous blog called Puerto El Morro Construction: Week One. Now he LOOKS at things and cries sometimes. We are so happy about this. His name is Jackier and he will be 2yrs. old the end of September.

Good job girls! So thankful for baby Jakcier's progress. We will continue to keep him in our prayers. How exciting for them that they will now have a roof over their heads.
